Born on September 8, 1971, the American actor David Arquette gained popularity from his character Dewey Riley in the horror film series Scream.
With a super successful career in both cinematography and wrestling, he was able to invest in a lot of assets including two estates that he recently listed in the market.
Encino Residence – $4.975 Million
He acquired both properties in 2017. The first one is a four-bedroom traditional house built in 1950 that spans 4,332 square feet of living space. Arquette bought the property from his fellow Hollywood star Kate Walsh who made major renovations to the single-story abode.
The house features a state-of-the-art chef’s kitchen with milky subway tiles and pitch-dark cabinetry. The living room has high ceilings that allow sunbeams to naturally light up the space and a gold-covered fireplace.
There is also a relaxing screening room covered with navy blue wallpaper. The master’s bedroom boasts a customized walk-in closet, a lush marble bathroom, and a chimney.
For an asking price of $4.975 million, the Encino residence also includes a separate one-bedroom guest house, a swimming pool, a tennis court, and a wrestling ring, although the listing didn’t specifically state if the former WCW heavyweight champion would leave the ring or take it with him.
Lake Arrowhead Retreat House – $1.595 million
The second home also has four bedrooms and four-and-a-half-bathroom located in the San Bernardino mountain town of Lake Arrowhead. The 5,068-square-foot property offers breathtaking scenery of the mountains and the neighboring lake.
There is also a golf course conveniently accessible from the retreat house. Other amenities include a spacious living room with a stone furnace, an entertainment room filled with gaming stuff, an enormous bar, and a wine cellar. Arquette is selling the Lake Arrowhead residence for only $1.595 million.
